Yes, we will provide the digital recorder and install the required software at no additional charge to our customers.

2) Do you provide maintenance for the equipment provided?

Yes, we provide technical support and a fully redundant (duplicated information) backup system as well as an on-site maintenance at no additional cost to our customers

3) How do users access the system?

Users can download and upload via Internet connection.

4) Are dictated and transcribed reports available "on-line"?

Dictated and transcribed reports are available for up to 180 days on-line. After that time all data is archived to secondary media and stored for life.
